pj99 Terms & Conditions — Your Player Agreement

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and pj99 (the "Company", "Platform", "We", or "Us"), governing your access to and use of the pj99 website located at https://pj99.io and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and account management tools.

By registering an account, accessing any page of the pj99 platform, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the pj99 platform.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your pj99 account within 30 to 90 seconds of payment confirmation. pj99 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits. Any fees imposed by your mobile financial service provider are solely your responsibility.

4.6 Currency. All account balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pj99 does not apply any currency conversion markup. The ৳ Taka symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and game contribution rates are set out in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, live casino games and table games may contribute less than 100% towards meeting a wagering requirement. Sports betting markets may have minimum odds requirements applied to qualifying bets.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. pj99 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, using automated betting systems in connection with promotional funds, and withdrawing bonus funds prior to satisfying stated requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, pj99 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from bonus funds, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 days from the date they are credited to your account. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pj99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

10.2 pj99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits pj99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

pj99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. pj99 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions and stores personal data on secured servers. pj99 does not sell your personal data to third parties. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law. 12.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and pj99, you agree to first contact pj99 customer support and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for the parties to attempt to resolve the matter informally before initiating any formal proceedings.

12.3 Language. This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English language version of this Agreement shall prevail.
